Riverside Studios aims to be London’s pre-eminent space for risk, inspiration and creative opportunity in the arts, in a setting which is energetic, internationalist and friendly.
Riverside Studios has been one of the most important British venues for international arts since it opened in 1978.
The loft style Riverside Café Bar provides a contemporary setting, complete with regular exhibitions of art and photography, for a relaxed lunch, supper or evening drinks.
Riverside has a varied programme of performance, cinema and exhibtions. A Gallery runs the length of the café bar wall and is approximately 20 metres of hanging space.
BY TUBE
The nearest tube station is Hammersmith, served by the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines. It is about five minutes walk from the tube stations to Riverside.
BY ROAD
Hammersmith is easily accessible by road and some limited parking is available on local residential streets.
PARKING
Crisp Road and the surrounding roads are all resident/ticket parking between 08.00 and 18.30. The charge is £1.20 per hour. Orange Badge Holders can park free of charge.
Alternatively, an NCP car park is situated on Hammersmtih Grove, which is approximately ten minutes walk away.
We have bicycle stands directly outside the main doors and motorcycle bays are located adjacent fo us in St. James Street.
