My demo at Karma Sanctum Soho showed Fabstir v2, a Web3 streaming network for film and other media, running its deal-flow system: buyers and sellers of film content meeting directly, MGs that work as advances rather than a forfeit of upside, revenue split instantly and transparently at the point of consumption, with verifiable recoupment from day one.
This isn’t redistribution within a shrinking market. By making distribution economically viable at a far lower cost, and by giving platforms access to a shared network audience, Fabstir v2 expands what gets made and seen. More independent films financed. More diverse content reaching audiences the consolidated system can no longer serve. A wider market, not just a fairer one.
I’ll be at Cannes from 14th to 19th. 15-minute slots are open for producers, distributors, sales agents and film financiers who want to see what a transparent, free market for film content actually looks like. Alternatively meet me there at the Carlton, May 16, at 6 P.M. with doors opening from 5, where I will be presenting Fabstir v2 at an event sponsored by Anchorage Entertinament.
