Whilst June may have been a barren month in the world of Kino London, July signals a fresh new start for them with a move down the road. Starting 4th July (independence at last!) Kino moves to the wonderful CAMP basement, approximately a 7 second walk from the Old Street Roundabout! For those not familiar with the Kino thing, they don’t watch ANY of the films they screen in advance of the night (they don’t even HAVE them beforehand!), so the programme is as much a surprise to them as it is to you! Doors open at 7:30pm, films start at 8:15pm. £4 on the door, £3 with flyer. If you’re coming straight from work, they’ve wangled a deal with the venue whereby you can get a free glass of house wine, or bottle of house beer if you buy a pizza upstairs in Meter bar.
