MICHAEL DEELEY<\/strong> is an Academy Award winning British movie producer with a singular Midas touch \u2013 nearly all of his pictures have attracted avid cult followings. He has worked with some of the world’s toughest film directors and lived to tell the tale. Few would imagine that one man links Ridley Scott’s visionary sci-fi classic BLADE RUNNER, Michael Cimino’s THE DEER HUNTER, and THE ITALIAN JOB, the much loved British caper that made an icon of Sir Michael Caine. His other challenges included defending the legendary sex scene of Nick Roeg’s DON\u2019T LOOK NOW, ordering the controversial cutting of the original THE WICKER MAN, trekking up a New Mexico mountainside with David Bowie on THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH and seizing control of CONVOY from Sam Peckinpah. Michael Deeley was also the Owner of British Lion Films, President of EMI Films Inc. and is currently Honorary President of The British Screen Advisory Council.<\/p>\n

MATTHEW FIELD<\/strong> began his writing career with \u2018The Making Of The Italian Job.\u2019 He has since produced and directed a feature length documentary on the film for Paramount Pictures. Matthew currently works for the leading entertainment public relations agency Premier PR overseeing the production of international press junkets, EPKs and associated film marketing materials. His most recent feature film credits include Stephen Frears\u2019 upcoming Lance Armstrong biopic ICON, Michael Winterbottom\u2019s THE FACE OF AN ANGEL, the Australian teen comedy NOW ADD HONEY and, currently in production, THE DRESSMAKER, starring Kate Winslet. Field collaborated with Deeley on his memoir, Blade Runners, Deer Hunters And Blowing The Bloody Doors Off, published in the UK by Faber & Faber.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
